3.  Favourite Season (as a whole): 3rd.  It had a lot more character
development, which I like.


4.  Least Favourite Season (as a whole): 1st.  I think they were still trying
to figure out what the hell they were doing.


5.  Favourite Character:  Micki

7.  Favourite Object\Curse:  The playhouse and the painting

    Cursed fountain pen or pocket watch.

    The character based episodes.  I like learning more about the characters.


10.  What did you think of how they offed Ryan?
     I didn't like the fact that he left, but i thought that it was a lot
more
original than just having an object get to him.


11.  Do you think the show should have had a tie in with the movies?
     No.  The movies were bad, and I think that the show should have had a
different
title, like "The 13th Hour" which was one idea that was tossed out in the
early
stages.

Absolutely not.


Additional Comments:  I perform a variance of magic called bizarre magic.
This type of magic can involve cursed objects that can, on occasion, be
compelled to activate their power.  It makes for great storytelling.  Is it
real....Hmmmmm.....

1.  Favourite Episode:
The ones where there'a a moral question involved in taking the antique,
such as The Playhouse and What A Mother Wouldn't Do.  It makes sense that
there would occasionally be an antique that helps someone innocent or
where the users are better off because of the antique.  Also the episodes
involving children with or threatened by antiques.


2.  Least Favourite Episode:
The heavy Satanic ones (like Tails I Live. . . and The Prophecies)


3.  Favourite Season (as a whole):
I've never actually seen a complete season (got into the show late and I
can't get the Sci-Fi channel where I am), but I'm partial to the ones
from the first.  The episodes seem to me more realistic, two normal
people in way over their heads who overcome through hard work and luck.


4.  Least Favourite Season (as a whole):
Mostly the third, though I haven't seen too many, like I said.  Johnny
just isn't the same as Ryan.


5.  Favourite Character:
Ryan.  He sort of reminds me of myself, personality-wise.


6.  Least Favourite Character:
Rasheed.  He was basically a plot device.


7.  Favourite Object\Curse:
The comic book, my hobby :)


8.  Object You'd Be Most Likely to Use (assuming you were evil):
The pen.  A best seller for a life is awfully tempting. . .:)


9.  Which types of episodes do you like the most?  (i.e. time travel,

Curse-hunting and character based.


10.  What did you think of how they offed Ryan?
      Loved\It was OK\Hated
It was Ok.  I didn't like to see him get written out, but the way he went
showed that the Curious Goods crew were supported by God.  (One of these
days, I'm going to write an essay on this)


11.  Do you think the show should have had a tie in with the movies?
ONly if it could be done subtly, such as having an episode set in Crystal
Lake.  I would NOT have wanted to see Jason running around, though the
Scarecrow episode was really close to the feel.

     story/focus, Denis Forrest's best performance)

     above-average episodes)

     7.  Favourite Object\Curse:  Bee Case from "The Sweetest Sting" - this
     elaborate curse gets other people to be corrupted, and is put to
     intelligent use by the bad guy


     8.  Object You'd Be Most Likely to Use (assuming you were evil):  The
     quill pen in "The Poison Pen".  If you're going to end up in Hell
     anyway, you might as well have an item that takes minimal effort and
     does absolutely anything (evil) that you want it to.


     9.  Which types of episodes do you like the most?  (i.e. time travel,
     character based, strictly curse-hunting, ect.)  Character-exploration
     stuff, particularly with Jack (Brain Drain, The Butcher, Midnight
     Riders)


     10.  What did you think of how they offed Ryan?
     Loved\It was OK\Hated


     They could have taken the easy route and killed him (Tasha Yar,
     anyone?).  At least they put a little imagination in to it.


     11.  Do you think the show should have had a tie in with the movies?
     Nah.  I wouldn't have minded an occasional in-joke reference (mention
     of a customer named Voorhees with no other details, perhaps?).  The
     title was probably what kept people away in the first place.

Hellowe'en-I wouldn't list this as my favourite but when I play my F13

Although I'm sure they were trying to capitalize on the popularity of the
movies I think the show should have had a totally different title so you
could disassociate it from the movie completely.

want to see him leave the series, though. :^(

        Absolutely not!  I never got into the movies.  I enjoyed the more
intellectual challenge of the series, if you will.

        I really wish they would have gone on for at least one more season.
Also, if they knew they were ending, some kind of wrap up would have been
nice.  They didn't have to find all the objects, just some kind of closure
to the series.  I hate that about television.  BTW, the show should have
been the X-files of its time.

I don't think the Johnny hatred is fair, IMHO.   I hated the episode
I did because it was so derivative.  I like the Bauble because it'd let
me cover my murders (e.g. suicide) and grant me one of the most free-ranging
rewards: wishes.

     It was OK- but they should have brought him back as an adult for the
last show for closure...

     Jason movies?  Never tie it in with the Jason movies (Jason movies are
awful).  However, since SciFi Channel is owned by the USA channel (who make
tons of movies) I think they could make a F13: TS movie for TV.
